When you request a claim evaluation, complete a secure claim review, or submit a referral, this website may collect your name, contact information, property address, city, insurance company, claim status, date of loss, optional policy or claim number, claim details, photographs, documents, links you provide, referral information shared with permission, and basic interaction information such as call or WhatsApp button clicks.
How it is used
The information is used to review and respond to your request, contact a referred property owner about a potential claim, prepare for a follow-up conversation, understand which website features help visitors, prevent spam, and maintain appropriate business records.
How it is handled
Form records are stored in the website’s hosted database. Uploaded photos and documents are kept in private object storage and can be opened only through a long, unguessable access link delivered with the claim-review notification. FormSubmit processes the notification email. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law or to service providers that help operate the website and communications.
Upload safety
Share only information reasonably needed to review the property claim. Do not upload passwords, Social Security numbers, banking information, payment-card information, or unrelated medical records.
Your choices
